To apply for one of our rental properties, please follow these simple steps.

1. Download our Rental Application (pdf).
2. Print and complete the application.
3. Submit the following items:
   1. Your completed and signed application.
   2. $40 cashier’s check, or money order for credit check fee payable to Northwoods Property Management.
4. Mail to:
