Chase is the original owner and founded Wild Rivers Realty & Associates in 1995. He was born and raised in Florence County and returned to the area after college because of his love for the outdoors. Chase attended the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point where he studied forestry and wildlife. Working for the Forest Service for several years, he spent many summers fighting wildfires around the country. Chase, his wife Lisa and their three children are 6th generation in Florence County. His family owned the Florence Mining News for more than 80 years. As a licensed broker in both Wisconsin and Michigan, he knows Iron County, Dickinson County and Florence County like his own back yard. Chase was president of the Florence County Snowmobile Club for 9 years, coaches Little League and Youth Football. These credentials, coupled with a lifetime of real estate exposure on a casual and professional basis give Chase the knowledge required to bring buyers and sellers to a successful closing. Jessica Fritsch

Jessica was born and raised in South Florida, but re-located to the Upper Peninsula to satisfy her craving for country living. She prides herself in giving her customers the service that they expect and deserve. Majoring in Business Management throughout college, Miss Fritsch possesses all the traits that every professional should have in today’s workforce. A problem-solver by nature, Jessica faces rising situations head on, and is able to produce the solution quickly, while maintaining a calm, level-headed demeanor. Her level of experience in Customer Service enables Jess to retain a courteous, professional relationship with all of her clientele. When she is not at work, she is playing with her 2 year old son, Ezekiel or watching a scary movie with her boyfriend. She also enjoys re-decorating her apartment and riding horses.

Field Supervisor
Born in Michigan City, IN, our Field Supervisor Scott Westphal ran one of the nation’s largest marinas for over 30 years! With knowledge and experience in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, engineering, and painting, there is no task to big or small – he does it all! His love for the outdoors relocated him to the Upper Peninsula to take advantage of all that the Northwoods has to offer! Scott’s outgoing personality and the love of a challenge, allow him to conquer tasks that others would not even attempt to remedy, which only adds to his ability to relate with customers’ situations and needs. Scott understands how important loved ones are, so he devotes a large amount of his time to helping out our community. Whether it is organizing a youth hunt with Wildlife Unlimited, or being a Big Brother through the Kinship Program, Scott can be found donating his time all year long. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, hunting, snow shoeing, hunting, boating, hunting, camping, hunting, trapping, and did we mention hunting?

After more than 13 years of sales in the powersports and boating industry, Tim and his wife moved to the Upper Peninsula from Milwaukee, WI and joined the Northwood’s Property Management team. His proven record of customer satisfaction is something that he takes pride in and he enjoys the professional relationship he shares with all of our clients. His past work experience has given him extensive knowledge of machinery and how they work. Tim grew up on the Spread Eagle Chain of Lakes and to this day spends his free time boating, water skiing, and sailing on the chain with his daughter, Josefina.

Originally from the Ralph/Felch, MI, Jeff graduated from North Dickinson High School, and has worked in a variety of fields. Jeff has been with the Northwoods team since the beginning, and enjoys working with and servicing all its many clients, and their specific needs. Jeff is also a Supervisor at Pride Manufacturing in Florence WI., where he has worked for over the past 11 years. Jeff has a love of the outdoors and enjoys skiing, fishing, four wheeling, doing projects around the yard and spending time with his family and friends. Jeff currently lives in Spread Eagle, WI with his wife Marisa and their ten year old daughter, Kayla.

Thomas L. Bates
Field Technician
Originally from the Mansfield area of Crystal Falls, MI, Tom joined the Air Force after high school and served at Cape Canaveral in Florida. Upon returning to the Upper Peninsula, Tom worked at a local mine as a millwright, retiring after 30+ years. His experience in maintaining machinery at the mine has led to an ability to fix just about anything. Tom had 2 daughters and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his dog – a Springer named Rueben.

A native of Crystal Falls, Michigan, Erich is a teacher of middle-school and high-school science at Forest Park. He also coaches track and field. Mr. Ziegler loves the outdoors and enjoys the fact that he gets to spend his summers outside. Erich takes pride in the job he does and it shows! His wife, Chandra, is also a teacher and coach at Forest Park! When they are not in the classroom, you’ll find them skiing, fishing, or hunting.
